Freight Shipping
Larger items such as 9' x 12' area rugs may ship through a freight service to your home.
If your order has shipped via a freight service, it will be the customer's responsibility to contact the shipping carrier with the provided tracking information to schedule a delivery appointment. However, often times the carrier will call the provided phone number in the shipping address to contact the customer to setup a delivery appointment, once arrived at the local shipping terminal.
